1. Scope

These terms apply to use of dexrr.com and the browser-based tools made available through it. Separate commercial terms may apply to future paid plans, hosted processing or collaboration services.

2. Permitted use

You may use the service for lawful purposes and for files that you are entitled to process. You must not use dexrr to infringe rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service or circumvent technical protections.

3. Local processing

Many tools run inside the browser. You remain responsible for keeping source files and backups. Closing the tab, clearing browser data or browser limitations may remove unsaved local state.

4. Availability and changes

Features may be added, modified, limited or removed. Formats marked as planned or coming soon are not a promise of release. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, faults or third-party infrastructure.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity performed through the account. Notify dexrr promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

6. User content

dexrr does not claim ownership of your files. For future hosted or synchronization functions, only the rights technically necessary to provide the requested function will be required and will be described before use.

7. No guarantee of file suitability

Conversion may change quality, metadata, color information, timing, document structure or compatibility. Always verify important output before deleting the source file or using the result in a critical workflow.

8. Liability

Liability is governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory statutory rights.
